Simply Beautiful Smiles is the worst dentist in the Moorestown area. The team does not have proper training and they try to take money from patients by not following the insurance rules or being up front with the information. The people who work here are unprofessional and the service is terrible. My husband had an appointment in May. Terrible experience — I would not recommend this orthodontist. I spent $5,000 on Invisalign, only to have my bottom retainer break in half after just one month. They repaired it and admitted it was made too thin. Then, two months later, my top retainer broke as well. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told it was "office policy" to charge $250 to replace it — even though it was clearly another faulty retainer. Something changed at Simply Beautiful Smiles. I came to my appointment and was asked if I was a new patient. No I’ve been coming here for years and was just here 5 months ago. Fine I’ll fill out paperwork. Sat there for over 30 min. A dentist comes to reception and says it’s slow and reception says there were many cancellations. So why am I still sitting here? The topper was an another patient comes in and gets apologies for having to fill out paperwork then just as he sits to fill it out gets called back. How? I’m here now ... read more
