Was in a tough spot and needed Vantage keypads quickly. Joseph took charge and made sure that I got what I needed quickly!!! Great customer service and overall a wonderful experience!
Simply AV has Miserable customer service! Will not return phone calls regarding AV work THEY did. Even made a personal trip to their offices to see someone in person. They were “in meetings”. Requested a call which never happened.

Simply AV has completed work on four of our homes (including two new builds, one rehab, and one existing home), and we couldn’t be happier with their service! They are hands down the best AV company we've worked with. Michael, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and Craig, his right-hand man, can tackle any challenge in both new and existing constructions. We’re planning to build another home soon, and there's no question—we'll be using Simply AV again!
