I was relying on the promised quick turnaround for a contractor to begin work and unfortunately did not receive the results nor any correspondence prior to the guaranteed date on the website. I submitted my samples per the instructions on a Monday evening and as of a Friday evening had received no correspondence. On their website they state that if a sample is submitted prior to 2pm on Tuesday, a result is guaranteed by EOD Friday. There was no holiday affecting the timelines. My experience seems vastly different than others. My results weren’t ready when expected wasn’t clear communication at all. Follow up emails were not replied to. I did phone and was told results would be ready that morning but that was now more than 24 hours ago and I haven’t heard from them since. Seems I’m going to need to take new samples and go else where. Consider using other company if you absolutely need the results when expected.
