Sereena Creamer has built a practice that feels like a true community resource for emotional intelligence and healing.
The irony of this place being called “SAFE”… They are absolutely not trauma-informed. Do not seek services here, especially not with Joeanna Ruiz, LSW.
For a counseling service, this is the worst I have experienced! The staff is horrible, Sereena was rude, extremely unprofessional and only cared about the money. They were disrespectful to my daughter and did not help her. I would not recommend this place to anyone who actually wants help!
