For a counseling service, this is the worst I have experienced! The staff is horrible, Sereena was rude, extremely unprofessional and only cared about the money. They were disrespectful to my daughter and did not help her. I would not recommend this place to anyone who actually wants help!

I tried to start therapy here and got on a waitlist. When I finally got to the day of my first appointment I got a call saying my therapist had a family emergency and had to cancel the appointment. No biggie, life happens. BUT they said they would text/call me back to reschedule and never did. I called and left a message and they never returned my call. During all that time that I could’ve been on a waitlist somewhere else but I was back where I started with no appointment scheduled. I moved across town several months later ... read more
