Avoid at all costs!!! We used this company to service our AC units in more than one location over London, a year later we are still waiting for our proof of servicing paperwork after chasing several times. Wes keeps saying he will send it across but never does and has stopped replying to our emails. Absolutely unprofessional and we will be reporting him! We also wasn’t able to use several of our units throughout the winter, and after contacting him for advice, he ignored us. Avoid this company, we certainly will be from now ... read more

Wes and his team did an amazing job in installing our AC units. Would highly recommend. Very professional guys and tidy too! Was as if they weren’t even here! Finally we have a warm house. Thanks guys!
Recently I used this company to install an AC in my home. Wes, the proprietor gave me a very reasonable quote and I had my AC installed in a timely fashion. The installers were very professional, left the work area clean after installation and the work carried out was impeccable. All wires, electric and pipes were neatly done. I had a small chip on the wall and Paul, one of the installers came today and carried out an incredible job.
