She took the time to explain everything and walk me through what she was doing making me feel so comfortable about getting injections for the first time. I missed my first appointment and they were super understanding and got me in the next day no problem. My appointment went super smooth, I went in for a lip flip and couldn’t be happier with the results!! She was very informative of what it was going to feel like and was super comfortable to be around! 10/10 recommend
