Love love this place!! They do all the prep work for the exterminator!! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
This place was hired to help my elderly mother to prep her apt. I dont know where to even start, there was so many badly executed aspects of this whole situation. Im very upset with the service my mother had recieved. I have documented phone calls and text messages that were never answered. I still to this day haven't any response back. A super long story short, don't hire this company in my opinion. Simply a Loving Touch Home Care has been a lifesaver for me and my mother, whom I care for. Katrina and her staff are not only skillful, but they are caring individuals who really work hard to make sure my mother's needs are met and they take time to chat and be friends, as well. Because we are paying out of pocket, they were home care workers that we could afford. My mother is wheelchair-bound and has dementia. Having Katrina and her crew helping us has improved my mom's quality life and mine, too.
