Absolutely disgusting company. Do not deal with these people. Their communication is appalling, their customer service is absolutely disgraceful, and their approach to dealing with customers is completely unacceptable. Having a vehicle repossessed at night was an incredibly distressing experience. It scared the absolute shit out of me and my partners pets, and the way everything was handled left me feeling completely disregarded as a customer.
