Hi, I was a 4-year subscriber with Simplr, and the experience started off very positive. The application process was easy and I received my LDV G10 Executive quickly. Unfortunately, over time the service declined. In the last year especially I had to constantly follow up for servicing, with bookings becoming confusing and approvals changing between the garage and Simplr.
