My tax return and stimulus were deposited into another clients bank account. I spent 9 months trying to track the money down (called banks, IRS, etc. many times). Overall spend 60+ hours fixing their mistake. I asked for a full refund and the owner refused because they "would have fixed it". So I asked them to finish the work which they could not do even after giving power of attorney due to the IRS restricting account for potential fraud.
