I was extremely disappointed in this company. I had paid for a brace which was billed through my insurance - be warned you will pay 2-3 x what it actually costs. I wanted a smaller boot for an upcoming trip and they were not supposed to bill my insurance. But of course they did (much more profitable that way) and when I called them out, they basically said too bad. Seems like fraudulent billing to me. I will never use this company again. Their lack of ethics will catch up to them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They are scamming their customers. My doctor went through this company to provide me a medical brace that was needed. Months later I was charged $275 for a $30 product. When I called to ask them about the item they told me what it was for and then I asked them what the price would be without insurance. I had a really bad knee injury and back injury due to health problems and simplistic medical went above and beyond to get me in a brace that was comfortable and even helped me with a lower back brace. Many reviews on here site them as "part of the family" and I can attest that this is 1000% true. They broke down all the costs of my insurance and explained what each brace did in great detail. The facility is clean and the staff is amazing best brace place in Albuquerque I would highly suggest them. 10/10

I received crutches and an ankle brace from urgent care and received a surprise bill (that I was not informed I would receive) and was overcharged for a brace I could have ordered from anywhere for more than half the price. With such price gouging I feel taken advantage of. Unethical business.

I can’t give no star, so consider yourself lucky Simplistic Medical. No stars that’s what Simplistic Medical has earned. I got an Innovator X elbow brace, they billed my insurance 500$ for a 99$ brace. Then simplistic medical had the audacity to bill me for 100$. My insurance paid 400$, I pay 100$ and Simplistic Medical simply commits insurance fraud.
