The owner of the shop failed to properly inform my insurance of the repair being delayed beyond the 2 days initially quoted. Despite multiple reassurances that he would be making sure to contact them so that I would not be required to cover the rental car for the time of delay, I have been left paying for the body shop’s unexplained delay out of pocket.
Awesome service. They did a great job and had lowest bid for the repair. They also guarantee there work for as long as you own your car.

I took my car to this shop in good faith due to their "good reviews". Please do not fall for that deceit . If you care about your vehicle DO NOT make the mistake to take it there. I took my luxury vehicle to this shop to fix the bumper as I ran over a parking blocker due to it being low to the ground. There was no damage to the actual bumper, it just needed to be placed back in place. Richard (the owner) assured that he would take care of it right away and so he did.
