I'm an older middle aged man, a frequent traveler and reviewer. This place was fantastic. Checking in through their links was seamless. I had great help from their support team as well. The king bed suite my wife and I booked was beautiful. It had all that we needed. It was clean and spacious. Great shower and bathtub. We honestly couldn't ask for more. The neighborhood was great. The owner is disgustingly rude, how can you talk to people in such a way. Don’t give these people your money or time they are not grateful for it! Such bad service as well.
Expérience désagréable et stressante. En arrivant de notre long voyage, j'arrive à la porte et lit les instructions, pour me rendre compte que ma section "code d'accès" sur la plateforme n'a pas été débloqué pire lorsqu'elle l'a été le code de la porte avant n'était pas là... On est resté dehors, sans pouvoir rejoindre personne parce que évidemment ils sont fermés de soir et de fin de semaine. Finalement, un autre locataire nous a ouvert !!
