I have 2 systems and a 7 year customer. In the 2 years there customer service has turned rotten. Extended wait times and there technology support people are ignorant and can't speak English. Had to call 3 times just to find someone who pronounce the name Milton! I have easily 2k in equipment between both homes with a total 20 cameras. Seriously thinking of dumping simplisafe!!!!

I chose SimpliSafe to set up a security system for my widowed mother, as I live eight hours away and needed something dependable and easy for her to manage. Based on their recommendation, I hired their partner OnTech Smart Services for installation, which cost over $350. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations from the start. Good luck cancelling. There is no way to cancel online, so I called in. They said it was cancelled and so it was.. until they started up the charge again for no reason many months later. So I cancelled it again, got a refund through my cc. Give it a few more months, and here comes in the charge again! They are relentless. Don't get started with them.

Horribly unreliable security system. Constantly disconnects from WIFI and needs full manual system resets. We have had new base stations sent to us, all continue to have the same issues. This is a horrible way to protect your home.
