I had a person go into my backyard and steal a propane tank. They had to walk in front of 2 cameras. Neither of them recorded it. Called customer support. They sent me to India where I was told it was my fault. I no longer use this company and hope Noone else does either.

The doorbell camera is not worth the money. I have had to replace it once and sfter a year the second one will see cars going down my street 25 feet away. I put it in people only mode and it only detects people about 1 in 5 coming to my door. Customer support was no help. They just told me to do what I had already tried. For what I paid for the doorbell camera it should work as advertised and detect what what it is set up for. Horrible product, defective home base right out of the box, was not able to activate because hardware issue and their server being down. Took them about 3 hours of debugging to just bring the system online. Then at least 2 out of 4 entry sensors does not work, customer service had the audacity to ask me to print out a shipping label and bring the defective sensors it to the post office just so they can “look at it”.
