I chose SimpliSafe to set up a security system for my widowed mother, as I live eight hours away and needed something dependable and easy for her to manage. Good luck cancelling. There is no way to cancel online, so I called in. They said it was cancelled and so it was.. until they started up the charge again for no reason many months later. So I cancelled it again, got a refund through my cc. Give it a few more months, and here comes in the charge again! They are relentless. Don't get started with them.

Horribly unreliable security system. Constantly disconnects from WIFI and needs full manual system resets. We have had new base stations sent to us, all continue to have the same issues. This is a horrible way to protect your home.

I had a person go into my backyard and steal a propane tank. They had to walk in front of 2 cameras. Neither of them recorded it. Called customer support. They sent me to India where I was told it was my fault. I no longer use this company and hope Noone else does either.
