If you want ANTI-SECURITY, this company is for you! Faulty hardware (keypad failure) has been a disaster. While we were out of town, their system registered the "PANIC" button as being pressed three times every hour for days. Spoiler: it was never pressed, but the constant PANIC status drained the keypad battery. Since we weren't home, we couldn't reset the system only call in and request successive 72-hour holds. My motion sensor went off at approx 2:30pm - I got home 4 minutes later to find the alarm blaring and most likely annoying my neighbors that entire time. Was there an intruder? No. But I also didn't receive a call from Simplisafe to let me know my alarm had kicked off. I called them, with questions and their response was they were receiving a lot of calls.
