I had the best experience with Simplify.. it was a hard enough process having to go down the road of choosing a donor but Miriam walked me through the whole process and was always there to answer all my questions and she always responded quickly. We are ready to transfer our embryo and this would not be possible without Simplify. ….. I want to add to my review. We had two embryos. They get a one star because no follow up, secretive process, they are highly driven by $$$ and that is all. They do no care about you or helping you grow your family. They basically told me they don’t want to do business with them because I ask too many questions and I’m on to their racket…avoid. Overpriced. Happy I went with another practice.
Unprofessional
I’m rating Simplify one star because we payed thousands of dollars and I didn’t feel supported or guided in the process of donor selection and embryo selection. They always did answer all questions timely and promptly but the guidance lacked. I just feel they are making unsupported claims like they will help you every step of the way. That was not my experience.
