The front desk staff is nice. However, the accountant who was helping me out didn't had appropriate knowledge. At one point, I felt that I was the teacher and he was the student. I was googling ways to save my taxes and giving him suggestions to 'do it that way'. I needed an appointment for another purpose, and the accountant was not nice enough to give me appointment after filing my 2017 tax.
