Was gifted this for Christmas, sent in the completed kit the first week of January. Per their automated activation email I emailed them when I hadn’t heard back after three weeks. All i got back was the same activation email with my own email attached the next day. Emailed again a few weeks later and still heard nothing. Called a few weeks after that and no one was available to take my call in the middle of the afternoon on a week day, so I left a message. We've been trying to contact them for months for the review of the DNA information as per the contract. No one will return phone messages and or e-mails for the last 2 months. They must have gone out of business or something since know one could be this bad a customer service that was promised at the start of the contracted plan.
I have been trying to get the results from my tests for the last two months, no one will return phone calls or emails. They are simplified thieves.
