Had a wonderful experience with Devin. Needed to sell quickly and due to circumstances beyond my control. I didn't want to put my home on the market due to an issue concerning Domestic Violence. I was able to maintain my privacy while selling this property. Which was worth taking less for my property than I would on the market. The realtor that I talked to before I contacted Devin couldn't guarantee my privacy as I left town. However, my privacy was worth more than gold. And I wish I would have contacted Simplifi sooner.
