Jon Gedde and his team truly put the “simple” into SimpliFi Mortgage. They are on top of every detail, incredibly responsive, and make the lending process smooth from start to finish. I honestly haven’t worked with a better lender.
Jon was a true professional! I was a first time homebuyer and was in the dark about the lending process. They guided me through everything answering what I’m assuming were dumb questions from me because I was new to the process. If they weren’t available at the time I had a question they got back to me immediately. Made me feel like a VIP. Like I was their only client. Jon and Tina both were ill at different times during our transaction but they covered for one another SEAMLESSLY! We closed early, even with both owners in two different states at the time of signing. Moving is terrible, but the SimpliFi Mortgage team made it a bit easier to manage! :-))
