Jon and Tina both were ill at different times during our transaction but they covered for one another SEAMLESSLY! We closed early, even with both owners in two different states at the time of signing. Moving is terrible, but the SimpliFi Mortgage team made it a bit easier to manage! :-))

This is was a terrible experience refinancing. I’m a real estate investor and have several properties I need to refinance, but I had 1 property to get done immediately. I have very hard deadline of Nov 1 or my loan would be in default at 45% per day. Jon assured me they would be able to get it done in time. I was first working with them in August, however they could not get the appraisal done in the fashion I needed to get done as it was a complex multifamily unit.
