Regarding Simplicity 7 Auto Shop I am filing this complaint regarding my experience with Simplicity 7 Auto Shop and the handling of my vehicle, payment, receipt request, vehicle damage, and safety concerns. Today, I went to the shop to request a receipt for a cash payment I made for repairs to my vehicle. I requested the receipt at approximately 9:30 AM. Huge shoutout to Andy & his team at Simplicity7! My car got into an accident and they handled everything from the towing, the advice, the support and even down to talking with the adjusters. They made a very painful and stressful situation into a stress free process! Huge shoutout once again, thank you Andy & the team!!!
