This company is a disaster. This is the night before closing and I still dobt have final settlement papers that was supposed to be in my hands 5 days ago.. The blatantly lie about contacting the town tax collector to get estimated taxes and want to withhold $25k in taxes for a housecthat has been owned for 1.5 months. If they were even half conscious they would know how to calculate estimated taxes to be less than $2k not $25k They want to withhold ridicolous escrow of $500 for water bill where it was $84. . Can’t help with a simple request of my sewer tax bill I mistakenly paid, but it was for a period of usage from the previous owner. Taking me months of back and forths to get this resolved and it’s still not resolved !!!!!

I cannot recommend this company for closing. Was used by recommendation by attorney and real estate company, would not use again. Were not up front about their fees, calculated the taxes and sewer wrong so we were over charged and I had to figure this out on my own when they are doing this every day! And when I found the mistakes they told me that if they had to fix their mistake we would not close on time.
