Can’t help with a simple request of my sewer tax bill I mistakenly paid, but it was for a period of usage from the previous owner. Taking me months of back and forths to get this resolved and it’s still not resolved !!!!!

I cannot recommend this company for closing. Was used by recommendation by attorney and real estate company, would not use again. Were not up front about their fees, calculated the taxes and sewer wrong so we were over charged and I had to figure this out on my own when they are doing this every day! And when I found the mistakes they told me that if they had to fix their mistake we would not close on time. Simplicity title made a mistake and sent the transfer tax money to the wrong account at closing. It took a tax sale notice and countless emails for them to finally contact the tax office and correct the mistake they made. Definitely take your business elsewhere.
