The absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had! Yana completely ignored everything I asked for and just chopped away however she pleased. I specifically asked for a haircut that would give me volume, but instead, she butchered my crown, leaving me with a mess I can’t even style! To make things worse, she didn’t even check her work properly—there are still long strands left untouched, and you can literally see gaps in the back of my hair.
