I came to Deb Tri for facial fillers. The dayof service I received no paperwork, no estimate for the cost of fillers, nor was I told what fillers were injected into my face. When it came time to pay the bill I was presented with an exorbitant bill, with zero docementation other than a small scrap of paper I saw for a few seconds with a list of filler names. Like other clients my face is swollen, red and asymmetrical due to the injections given to me by Deb Tri. There are many bad reviews on the internet regarding this women's lack of concern and care. Prior to injecting my face I received absolutely no documentation, nor estimate for costs. Additionally, after the service I did not receive any documentation as to what was injected into my face, or the costs for said injections. RUN AWAY from Debra Tri, ARNP! This was the most HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! Debra Tri LACKS skill and is dishonest. I was left with hard BUMPS and LUMPS from Debra Tri's injections. I had constant burning and discharge from her injections. Debra Tri doesn't know what the hell she is doing. I went initially because it was CHEAP and I didn't want to wait but honestly if you have to wait a year to see an MD then it's better than going to this awful woman. BE CAREFUL, if I could go back in time I'd never come here and I would have gone to an MD who is part of an organization and not some business on the side of the road. Put your health and self worth first instead.

4/11/2015 Problems with Product/Service Complaint I came in to see Debra Tri at her Medspa after watching her perform this procedure called the Vampire lift. I was very impressed scheduled an appointment. I asked questions about it and felt comfortable with her. After having it done I see that I wasted my $2500 on this procedure. HORRIBLE, I suffered from absolute a botched job from Deb and I feel intimidated by her and her assistant Tracy who insist they did nothing wrong.
