not going lie, not the best experience for my family member or I, My brother is trying to get a loan right now he is 18, first time doing this process and instead of helping him get all of the information he needs there being unwilling to work with him. ruined an exiting experience for him and i had to watch it happen. I get it, its a bank but come on.
