Absolutely horrible. This is part of shared branch services but cannot pull up accounts. If you need another location outside of this tiny hole in the wall RUN to another credit union or bank.
Scam artists was so much better when cone cu was separately owned
Wonderful experience working with Cone for over 60 years. However when Simplicity took over its been nothing but a nightmare. Web site/ online access to my accounts has been interrupted by them and they refuse to cover any costs due to their inability to keep it running smoothly. Call center (which is very inconvenient) is not trained properly. Often giving inaccurate information. Miss Saturday hours especially since I’m charged for phone transactions.
