The guy who runs this place is the most unprofessional and unreliable he obviously bites more than he can chew absolutely avoid this business for any of your vehicle needs way too many better options
Our experience with this shop has been extremely disappointing. We have given them multiple opportunities to correct the issues with our vehicle, but after eight visits, we have lost confidence in the quality of their work. After the initial repair, we found parts in our trunk that did not belong to our vehicle. Shortly afterward, the front bumper became partially detached because fasteners were missing, requiring another visit to have it resecured. Initially, work looked decent until you look closer. We’ve now been back 3 times since with another follow up visit required. First trip, parts left in the trunk from someone else’s vehicle? Not sure if my car was used as an UBER vehicle while it was there or not? Second trip (week later), one side of front bumper falls off and is hanging there for 3 days waiting to get refastened (missing clips). 3rd trip, missing plastic moulding and dam strip trim pieces around bottom of windshield (water leaking directly into engine bay)... read more
Just got a some rust work done on my car. Price was fair, car looks new and they even detailed my car which I wasn't expecting at all. I am blown away with the work they did and will definitely be a returning customer. I recommend this place in Woodstock area for getting your car or truck fixed.
My experience with simplicity is very good. I got my car repaired ahead of time that I was expecting. Matthew is very polite and respectful man. Overall, very good experience
