I had a experience with the one on Howard. I am hopeful that the service here is better. The ECO said he owns or is responsible for all of them. I wish nobody get to experience what I went through with them.
This business operates under a different name and they are more auto repair than auto body repair. Work done on my car was warranty and fairly simplistic. I was pleased to pick up my car in under an hour. Staff were very nice.
I highly recommend Simplicity and especially Sia for going above and beyond in repairing an issue that as missed through an insurance claim. Service was exceptional and very much appreciated.
