I had a great experience here. The staff were friendly and seemed to genuinely care. The communication was great and they handled the car rental and return for me (the car rental was through ICBC but Riverside organized everything and made it very simple). My car looks amazing. The inside was detailed and it looks brand new. The repair is perfect, they even buffed out some minor scratches from my dog. Amazing service!
Took a little longer than anticipated, but amazing customer service, they even cleaned the inside and the carpets it looks amazing, super happy!
