Body chop very friendly good service good people
This was my first time using this auto body shop, and I’m very impressed. I came in with dents on the fender and a dent with a scratch on the corner of the door. The service was top-level from start to finish. I booked an appointment, dropped off my car, and the staff arranged a rental car for me right away — I just got in and drove off, which was very convenient. Unimpressed with the service, pick up the car. I asked if they took the car for test drive and they said yes. No issues. When I pick up the car and went around the corner car is making noise when I tured. Went back and ask for them to take a drive with me and they didn't way to. I thought it was drive axle but not sure. They didn't want to help me, or see what was making the noise. Note to everyone, take a test drive before you sign the documents. No accountability and pride in their work. I would not recommend this place.
