Work was done well, done early and Rick and the staff were a pleasure to work with.
Rick was very good at helping me understand how to chase down the manufacturer and escalate the matter when the required part was not available. I am not sure how I could have navigated these crazy times with all the tarrifs without his inputs. Thanks Rick.
They scheduled the repair according to available parts and the repair was completed as expected
I went to this shop after an accident in Dec 2025 and they said they would accept the insurance claim from the co-operators to fix my car. The confirmed they ordered the parts in January and that they would receive them in February. Followed up in February 4 times without a clear answer. The insurance company called and they found out the shop doesn’t want to work with the co-operators. Wasted my time and lied to me while the car is sitting in my garage waiting for 2 months.
