I had a very positive experience with Simplicity. My car was returned to me with a thorough (complimentary) cleaning inside and out. It looked like new. I didn't expect that and was very pleased!
The service was excellent and the work done on the car was perfect. It's my new place to go when I need work on my car.
Had a good experience with simplicity after my fender bender. Staff were very responsive and attentive. Needed a few minor adjustments after the repair and went the extra mile to make sure they were fixed for me. Shout out to the manager for being very helpful.
