Extremely displeased with the outcome of my appointment today, scheduled for a tire swap on a set of rims. I was quoted 1-1.25 hours for this service, which is the standard time at various garages in the area, so I decided to wait around. Ended up receiving my car 2.5 hours later, at 1:30pm, from initial drop off time. I understand unexpected events arise at a garage however for a tire swap with acknowledgment that the customer is waiting around at agreed upon timeframe, 2.5 hours is quite the turnaround.
