Overall experience was good. Friendly desk staff and quick turn around. The day of pickup my wife was not shown what was done to our vehicle and she had to drive back to get bolts tightened on a door guide rod as it was clunking as you opened the door and she had to show a guy orange peel and debris in the finish paint too. This was not what we expected. My wife was told they can't finish the paint smooth like factory....that was not a very professional response from a body shop.
