My insurance company uses this company as it's preferred repair shop. Due to many delays with parts deliveries, it took two months for my Mini to have the repairs completed from an accident in June. I got regular updates from Callie and this was important for me to know what was happening with the repair. Callie is definitely an asset for Simplicity. Cali was very knowledgeable and responsive if I had any questions about insurance, car rentals and repairs for my vehicle. She had everything lined up for me before I got there so that I was ready to go and didn't have to wait.
