had a really good experience with empire... everyone was nice and they got my car in for repairs much sooner than I expected. since it was going through insurance, I thought it would be confusing, but they explained everything clearly and kept me updated...picked up my car today and it looks great. you honestly can't even tell it was damaged. I'm really happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend them if you need body work done...
I definitely do not recommend this auto body shop, because: 1) At first, they forgot to order the parts needed to repair my car. (I had to wait more than two months.) 2) The work at this body shop was terrible. They called and told me the car was ready, but when I went there the first time, they had forgotten to apply the PPF. A day later, they called again and said the car was ready. The Body Shop is terrible, and the staff isn't polite, so save yourself some time and stress—choose somewhere else!
We had our car repaired at this body shop, and that was a mistake on our part! The work done by this body shop was very poor, and the manager and staff don’t know how to communicate with customers! My husband and I had to go back four times to pick up our car, but even after that, we found defects on it. The manager insisted that they were already there *BEFORE* we brought it in. My son had his car repaired at this body shop, and the work was terrible! It was a huge waste of time and a real headache, so choose a different Body shop!
