Unfortunately..my experience with Simplicity Edmonton East was the worst. 1. They made several mistakes. 2. I was obliged to send my car to them FOUR TIMES. 3. One of their mistakes was installing a defective right front axle. It was giving a cracking sound when I turn. It took them more tha THREE MONTGS to install another axle. Simplicity’s service was excellent. The staff I dealt with were efficient and knowledgeable! The time frame to get the work done was short. I would recommend Simplcity and Empire to anyone looking for repair work needed.
I wish I could give zero stars, this place is atrocious. I don’t know if I’ve ever dealt with someone on the phone who has as much attitude as the woman who works here. They ordered the wrong bumper which didn’t fit so I had to wait an extra week for my vehicle. They also use aftermarket parts from China, not authentic dealership parts. The bumper they installed is not even painted the right colour and is quite noticeably different.
