My truck looks good as brand new could not tell any difference. Everything was done super fast with a crazy fast turn around time. Staff was friendly and everyone knew what they were doing from mechanics, estimate persons and front admin staff. All very professional and made the process as smooth as can be.
My vehicle was being repaired through insurance. Lisa was the point of contact with the insurance company, which took a tremendous amount of stress off of me. Lisa provided timely and informative updates regarding my vehicle and the claims process. I was delighted with the service I received from Lisa and their body shop provided excellent repairs. Hello, I was very pleased with the customer service and the technical services rendered to my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. Bobbi at reception was very accommodating/friendly/receptive to all my needs. The repair to my vehicle was flawless and it looks brand new again. Empire also cleaned the outside of my vehicle and ensured the inside was clean was well.
