Car was fixed to our satisfaction and office staff was very polite and helpful. The only complaint I have is that in the 2 months and 2 weeks they had our vehicle we never received a phone call or email with a status update. Every communication we had was initiated by us. They were very helpful when we called but no communication at all unless we called. The vehicle required a lot of work and that is why it was there that long. They were recommended by my insurance and the staff were all super friendly, the quote was fast and explained thoroughly to me, and the repair was super quick. And my car was cleaned inside and out prior to pick up which was fantastic!
The staff there kept me in the loop and informed on what was going on at all times. They dealt with the insurance company and the car rental place on my behalf and the job they did in the repairs was outstanding.
