The job that they did on my car was really amazing. But when I went through the bill that they submitted to my insurance company I realized that they charged the insurance company $2700 for a light that was not damaged at all. I have alll the pictures of my car that my light was Ok. And at the beginning they said it will cost me $3500. But they charged my insurance company $9500. And you know that the insurance company gets it back from you and your insurance will go up. I did not like this. I won’t work with them again.
Simplicity was recommended to me by my insurance company for some bodywork on my car. They did an excellent job with great attention to detail and returned my car on time. They even delivered my car to my home and took care of returning the rental car. Their service was outstanding, and I highly recommend them.
My Elantra was in an accident about a month ago. Then it was sent here for repair. I have to say this is the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop in my life so far. Since the beginning, all the staff from Simplicity Car Care have been treating me very friendly. They made everything clear and easy for me.
