Took more than a month to have a minor repair done. Then, i found my front bumber affixed to my bumber grill so i dont have access to having my hood bonnet replaced nor have my broken front grill changed without the bomber which they had to fix.
Extremely disappointed with this body shop. While the car body repair itself was done properly, they managed to snap the window molding during the process and damage the SD card from my dash cam. Since then, it’s been nothing but excuses and empty promises. I’ve called multiple times, and every time I was told the new parts were “on the way” and that I’d get an update soon — but no one ever followed up. My experience at Simplicity Auto Body South East was a complete disaster. The repair work on my car was utterly unprofessional, leaving it looking like it was pulled from a junkyard. The paint job is a mess—splotchy, streaky, with obvious drips that scream carelessness. They scratched up the hood, doors, and bumpers while removing parts, leaving deep gouges everywhere. need a better communication. Also, I have my car antenna taken off and not been put back. And 2 plastic between the glass and side of the fender they didn’t put that thing back properly on both side. It pop out when i open the hood. I work 3pm-11pm and they call me 2hrs before my car is ready for pick up I asked if I could just pick it up the next day they said need to discuss that with the insurance because of the rental you guys need to be considerate that not all people work 7-3pm. sometime 2hrs notice is not enough. Staff was very friendly and overall quality of work was good. Unfortunately, they missed hooking up my brake lights and I had to reconnect myself once I found where they hadn't been connected. There was also a small scratch by the fuel door.
