The body shop was in a tough situation as the parts required to repair the car proved to be difficult to obtain They could have done a better job in keeping the customer updated as it took several months to get the car repaired They did an excellent job repairing the car Also the windshield was cracked while the car was in for repairs and the body shop replaced the windshield free of charge
