Very horrible customer service . Lillian should not be giving mechanical advice because she has no mechanical knowledge. I was extorted $600 for brake service because active brake sensor was installed wrong but she was very arrogant when I tried to tell her brake service will not solve the problem. Eventually the dealer fixed the problem but I wasted $600 which she refused to refund. I had to take the vehicle back 3 times and still did not fix the problem only to find out from the dealer the simplicity installed the radar up... read more
