Similar to another review posted about this shop. I do NOT recommend using this shop if you have any other options available. They have had my car now for almost 2 months for repairs through my insurance...two weeks of them having my car and nothing had even been looked at .. I constantly called for updates. The new management and staff (Simplicity Care - South) have been remarkably efficient in getting everything in order……. There were some difficult times rhat cumulated prior to Spring 2025….. Very impressive and my car is now 100%! Thank you!
