I had brought my car here for an insurance claim, there was unfortunately a big lack of communication from them, causing me to have to consistently check in. After picking up my vehicle there was an issue with it, that was remedied by my insurance company, but again no communication from them, and I had to call in to check when things had come in VS being notified. BE CAREFUL — I strongly advise against choosing this shop!!! I dropped off my vehicle on February 19th after being told repairs would take about two weeks. Instead, it turned into nearly two months with little to no communication at all. My vehicle was only brought in for repair and a further assessment around March 12th, meaning it remained under the shop’s custody for weeks before any work was done. The new management and staff (Simplicity Care - South) have been remarkably efficient in getting everything in order……. There were some difficult times rhat cumulated prior to Spring 2025….. Very impressive and my car is now 100%! Thank you! Unacceptably behind schedule. They keep telling us "next week". They have been saying our car is in queue for painting for three weeks. A 14 day job has turned into 6 weeks and who knows when we will get our car. Extremely frustrating! 0 stars.
