We had our bathroom done a little earlier this year and couldn’t recommend Simplicity by Design enough. From helping us make the right decisions in picking our dream bathroom all the way through to the quality of the fittings and installation - everything was top class. We absolutely love our new bathroom and are super grateful to the whole team for everything they have done.
Excellent service, and very helpful when choosing the design of our bathroom whoch we are very pleased with. They provide their own fitters which is a bonus so we don't have to worry about it. The job was done in a 1 week and a half. Very efficient and professional.
A great family company . They helped and advised us through the process of refurbishing our bathroom and en-suite. An excellent product range to pick from. We changed our minds on some accessories during installation. The items were changed quickly without fuss. We would and indeed have,recommend Simplicity to friends and family. It’s just a shame we have no other bathrooms to upgrade.
We didn't hesitate to ask the team at Simplicity By Design to design and install a second room for us, after they'd installed a previous bathroom for us last year. Katie, Scot, and Andy were superb again, and everything went perfectly. It's clear that they really care about providing a quality and considerate service for customers, and nothing is too much trouble. We would recommend them without hesitation - they really are the best.
I genuinely can't sing this company's praises highly enough! From my first visit to review their offering, to final invoicing, every aspect of my experience has been perfect. Katie helped me to decide on a range of furniture, fittings and tiles to suit my tastes and patiently refined the plan, as I tweaked my choices, supported by mock-ups of the final look.
