What can I say, what an amazing experience with simplicity. A lovely family run business that looked after our every need from start to finish. Andy first came out to quote for our family bathroom and en-suite, I then dealt with his daughter Katie who was very inspiring helping us choose exactly what we wanted in both bathrooms. The work was then carried out with their fitter Rob who was so professional and his attention to detail was immense! The finish is unbelievable and we are extremely happy we chose simplicity.
We reached to Simplicity by design after a family recommendation and seeing they stocked a specific range of fitted furniture we wanted. After agonising over trying to order everything and design a bathroom on our own online- we gave up and called on a Saturday. We turned up last minute at the shown room 15 mins before closing (my bad) and were met with nothing but assistance and a very friendly, re-assuring Katie. Simplicity have given me the bathroom of my dreams. The attention to detail in fitting and the quality of the pieces has been amazing. I also shopped around for a lot of quotes and I cannot argue with the value for money. Can't recommend them enough, thank you so much!
