I’ve been going to this hair salon for years so has my mother never had issues. I have trusted them with my hair for a long time. I went there recently to do my hair. I already had blonde highlights and I told the lady I wanted to go darker but if going darker with darker highlights is going to damage my hair or make it fall out please let me know she said that it wasn’t going to do any damage to my hair and that my hair wouldn’t fall out. What this salon did to me was illegal. If I were more litigious, I would be taking them to court; fortunately for them, I am just here to ruin their reputation. I walked in for a simple wash, cut, and blow dry. Because I didn’t want a lot done to my hair and I liked that it seemed like a local family run business, I was happy to go in and wait for a simple cut and dry. After waiting quietly for half an hour, they called me back for a wash. Upon washing my hair, the woman had me wait for an additional 20 minutes for the cut. ... read more
