The staff at Simplicity Air are very efficient, professional and courteous. It makes the drive from Brantford worth the time to have the service. Thanks to Carolyn, Gary and Jody for looking after my truck.

Totally garbage company, garbage service and product. It is costly to have their unit installed in, even costlier when you drive to their remote garage for any issue. Terrible experience, not recommended at all.
Carolyn is a great help for us as we rebuilt an 11 year old A/C system on a Cat telehandler. We could not have done it without her! Joseph
