I came across this salon looking for a last minute mani before a weekend trip I had. When I came in I was greeted nicely and enjoyed the atmosphere however, the dip nails I was given have barely made it a week. Considering I am someone who can leave my manis on for multiple weeks let alone AT LEAST the two week common span . I’m NEVER the type to leave a review but I’m extremely frustrated about the longevity of the nails I received. They have multiple cracks in them from doing the simplest things. Been getting my nails done by Tracy for years, have been following her around the area. Now she has her own shop. Tracy & Sally are great ladies and they do a great job. So, when you need your nails done give them a call. Highly recommend the salon.
I have previously left a review but deemed it necessary to leave another as I have seen references to unprofessional, poor customer service and race. I am also a beautiful African American woman and I have been getting my nails done by the owner for at least 15 years if not more. My husband and I get pedicures done there as well.
