What a disappointing company. How can a lift be out for over a month. Single lift in a building. You guys maintain it and when ever something goes wrong the excuse is we are waiting for parts from overseas. This has been an ongoing issue over the years. When the parts turn up it doesn’t fix the issue. Let’s get a senior technician who then also has no idea. Please do better and a warning to any developer. Think twice about this company.
We have been waiting 8 months for rectification work to escalators installed by Simplex and have been nothing but a problem from the outset.
