The customer service is amazing! Robin responded incredibly fast to each of my many emails and was very helpful. I wish all companys had this kind of customer service! I had no idea the water test kit expires after a year and due to the Eaton Fire, Robin immediately helped extend the expiration period for my 2 kits.
