I recently got the tap score advanced water test as we were victims of the Eaton Canon Fire in Altadena, CA on 1/7/2025. Incredibly detailed and digestable report received very quickly after sending my water samples in. My emailed follow-up questions were follow-up by Robin within an hour with very clear answers that helped me determine next steps in treating my water supply. Easily one of the absolute best services of any type I have ever used. Highly recommended!
Good for communication and service would do business again
I had a complicated situation on my side involving moving timelines, the need to do shipping upgrades, the need to cancel in-flight lab processing, re-issue new kits, etc, etc. To be clear, none of the difficulties or challenges I faced were due to any problems on Tap Score's side.
