Simpleside was a pleasure to work with. The project manager, Colin, was personable, responsive, and always willing to answer questions or address any concerns. They replaced and extended my deck and also turned two windows into a sliding door. We are very happy with the finished results. What stood out is that customer satisfaction is their priority. I’d happily recommend Simpleside to anyone looking for quality work and a team that’s easy to work with.

Simpleside did an amazing job on my deck. They tore down a very old 2 story deck and replaced it with an expanded single story composite deck. The team is highly communicative and started and completed the work when they said they would. I’d recommend them to anyone.

States “free estimates” on the website, but contractor was unwilling to provide a ballpark estimate for siding replacement for a property I am looking into purchasing. I provided the listing details and a video of the project. I also would have happily requested permission from the owner for you to go on-site if necessary. I am doing my due diligence and came to you because of your 5 star rating. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The lady on the phone was polite, however, thus the 2 star.
