I've worked with David Yadegar and his team on several complex projects. For a builder, working with his team is a pleasure. They keep the builder in mind when designing projects and are always readily available to answer questions and make site visits. I would highly recommend them any project.

We hired David as a structural engineering consultant during our recent kitchen remodel. We had some structural facets of our remodel that required his expertise regarding load bearing walls. David was very responsive to our time demands, and our contractor found him great to work with. They have evaluated large commercial properties and they have provided solutions for tenant improvement work. They are experienced, efficient and professional.
