It seems like they don’t know what they are offering. I asked if it will be perfect for a certain design but geez they are telling me to buy expensive wood that I don’t need for my project. We visited this store about 3 times and finally bought the hardwood that they recommend. We asked about the quality of the product and both owner and the salesman assured us that this product is great quality one. After our installer laid about 500sf of this floor we decided to walk on it and realized that floor is squeaking and doing crazy noise because of the defect that occurred during the factory gluing all the layers of hardwood together.
